Claw vacuum pumps
Description
Becker claw vacuum pumps are based on a positive displacement operating principle, similar to that of vane pumps. Two claw-shaped rotors rotate in opposite directions within a compression chamber, without ever touching each other or the chamber. Operation is therefore 100 per cent oil-free and contact-free. This significantly reduces the need for servicing, as well as maintenance costs. Beak technology also offers high efficiency and low energy consumption.
The BCV series covers flow rates from 100 to 500 m³/h. A variable frequency drive can be integrated directly into the pump.
The pumps are also available in an FD (Flat Design) version. Their flat design makes them easy to integrate into machinery.
