Since 2010, TJMI has been supporting food industry manufacturers in improving their production lines, optimising material flows and automating operations. Based in Quessoy, Brittany, France, the company draws on its design office and on-site teams to design, manufacture and install bespoke technical solutions tailored to the needs of each production facility.
**Industrial Processes & Material Handling**
TJMI supports both the installation of new production lines and the optimisation of existing equipment. Straight and curved conveyors, elevators, retractable and overhead conveyors: its material handling solutions ensure smooth, continuous product flows while addressing the specific hygiene, ergonomics and productivity requirements of the food industry.
**Robotics & Automation**
From robotic case packing to automated cheese turning, as well as product sorting, positioning and palletising, TJMI develops robotic cells tailored to products, production rates and manufacturing constraints. By automating repetitive, low-value-added tasks, these solutions help improve industrial performance while creating better working conditions for production teams.
**Access Platforms, Compliance & Safety**
A specialist in industrial access platforms since 2010, TJMI designs, manufactures and installs bespoke modular structures to provide access to machinery, create workspaces and support equipment. The company also helps manufacturers bring their equipment into mechanical compliance and designs bespoke safety solutions, including mesh safety enclosures that meet the food industry's hygiene and safety requirements.
